The Law states, in order to run for congress, one must be a citizen of at least 25 years of age and live in the state in which they are elected. After being elected, one must reside within the district they serve.
I did not just move to New York State recently, I have lived in New York State for 60 years and have enjoyed a legal career here for 35 years. As I travel throughout the 23rd Congressional District conducting Town Halls, I am amazed at how beautiful and wonderful the people and communities are here in Western New York.
Upon being elected, my plan is to open multiple offices and small residences throughout Erie-Niagara and the Southern Tier counties. I look forward to spending time periodically in these communities in order to listen to local concerns and form personal relationships throughout the 23rd District.
