Meet the Candidate

I have had the pleasure of living in New York State for 60 years and have owned property in Erie County and the Southern Tier (Ellicottville). My father also lived in and enjoyed serving the Town of Ellicottville as the Supervisor. My wife’s family lived in Olean, and therefore we got married in a quaint small church in Ellicottville.

My Wife Christy and I have been married for 22 years and have two sons, Trevor and Connor, that are now grown and off to college. One of my greatest accomplishments in life was being a father who enjoyed dropping kids off to school, picking them up, and helping with their homework. I held brief stints as a coach in multiple sports the kids participated in, though I must confess, we did not win many games. As a result of the kids ages, I now have more time to fight in Washington DC on behalf of the Western New York voters.

I am an extremely proud beneficiary of public school education, having graduated from Kenmore East High School, Michigan State University, and the University at Buffalo Law School. As an attorney of 35 years, and 15 years of being a local prosecutor, I have enjoyed fighting on behalf of my clients against some of the biggest law firms in Buffalo, NYC and across the country. I fight for my clients against large insurance companies, governments and large corporations that betray their insureds or citizens. My father, grandfather and great grandfather were volunteer firefighters, my grandfather worked at the American Brass factory and my grandmother worked at Dobmeier Janitorial Supplies.

On behalf of families and communities, I have fought against Tonawanda Coke’s Toxins, Amigone Crematory’s toxins and human soot, Buffalo School Zone Camera’s false fines, and Religious Institutions protecting pedophiles victimizing our children. I would like to note that I chose to fight these entities as political party bosses and elected officials from both political parties took financial donations and turned their back on their communities.
